It does not appear that you can claim this free gym pass more than once in your lifetime. The pass is completely free to new customers but is only valid at participating locations. You can visit Anytime Fitness for an entire week without paying a penny. You also have to opt-in to marketing messages. You must be at least 18 years old, or age 12+ with a parent.
For example, you cannot have been a guest or member of 24 Hour Fitness within the previous 6 months. In order to be eligible for the pass from 24 Hour Fitness, you must abide by certain terms. It can even be used at multiple locations!

24 Hour Fitness offers a 3-Day free gym pass.Įvery six months, you can get a three day trial pass to 24 Hour Fitness! The pass is valid for three consecutive days, starting on your first day of usage. It isn’t as convenient and it certainly isn’t as long-lasting, but it can still be very helpful when you want to work out without spending any money. Parents of eligible teens can also claim a free day pass to experience Planet Fitness for themselves.Įven if you aren’t eligible for a free gym membership, you may be able to get a free gym pass! Gym passes will get you access to the gym for a smaller period of time, like a day or a week. Children under age 18 will need to sign up with a parent or guardian. In order to be eligible, you must be a teenager between the ages of 14 and 19 years old. This temporary program is part of Planet Fitness’ summer promotions. High school students can receive a free gym membership to Planet Fitness for Summer 2022. Planet Fitness is offering a free gym membership for teens. However, we do know that Tucson, Arizona, offers a number of recreation and other discounts to their low income residents. Since there are so many individual centers, we haven’t been able to research them all. Your local community recreation center may offer free or reduced-rate memberships for low income families. Community Recreation Centers often have low income memberships. In some areas, you may be able to apply online as well but that isn’t something I have found very often.
To get the low income discount, you typically need to apply in person with proof of your identity, address, household income and household members. Whatever it is called, though, these programs may help you get a free membership or a very discounted membership depending on your income and household size. Your local YMCA may call it something else. These programs are typically known as Affordable for All Memberships, Income-Based Memberships or Sliding-Scale Rates. The only reason I didn’t say all YMCA locations offer financial assistance is that I haven’t personally checked all 2,400 locations. In fact, I have not found one yet that does not offer a discounted membership program for low income households who meet their income requirements. Most YMCA locations offer financial assistance for low income families.
